Economisers and Super Heaters
Enmax Economisers and Super Heaters are critical heat recovery components engineered to maximize boiler thermal efficiency and steam quality. By preheating feed water using flue gas waste heat, our economisers significantly reduce overall fuel consumption, while our superheaters raise steam temperatures to meet dry-steam requirements for steam turbines.
We construct these systems using carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel tubes in bare-tube, steel-finned, or cast-iron (CI) gilled tube configurations depending on process cleanliness and temperature. Custom-engineered layouts ensure minimal gas-side pressure drop and maximum heat transfer surface area, conforming to IBR and ASME codes.
