Mr. K. Jayavardana Reddy holds an M.Tech in Heat & Mass Transfer from NIT Warangal and brings over 28 years of extensive experience in the field of thermal engineering and waste heat recovery systems. His expertise spans across thermal and system design, manufacturing, project execution, energy optimization, and industrial engineering solutions.

As a visionary leader and industry professional, he has played a key role in developing innovative and energy-efficient engineering systems for various industrial sectors. His deep technical knowledge and commitment to quality have helped deliver reliable and sustainable solutions that meet international engineering standards.

Mr. D V V SATYANARAYANA REDDY

Mr. D V V Satyanarayana Reddy is a highly experienced professional with more than three decades of expertise in machine building, thermal systems, boiler maintenance, and industrial plant fabrication. His strong technical background and practical industry knowledge have significantly contributed to the successful execution of numerous engineering and fabrication projects.

He began his professional career with M/s Navabharat Ferro Alloys during the years 1988–1995, where he gained extensive experience in machine building and industrial operations. Later, he worked with M/s Thermal Systems (Hyderabad) Private Limited from 1995–2008, handling critical responsibilities in thermal engineering and system operations.
